Website information practices

Privacy Policy

Updated October 20, 2026. This policy describes the website inquiry and optional tracking practices of Law Office of Shelle-Ann Simon, PLLC.

Information we receive and why

When you contact us, we receive the name, contact details and inquiry you provide so we can respond and manage the request. Please avoid sending sensitive case documents or information you do not want the firm and its service providers to receive through this website.

Website requests can include an IP address, browser and device information, language, approximate location and network information. Form context can also include the page, referrer, permitted campaign details, local time and timezone, and approximate postal code or coordinates supplied by Cloudflare. An IP address and online identifiers can be personal information. The inquiry notification does not include the raw IP address; infrastructure and security providers still process request information.

Providers involved in an inquiry

Cloudflare hosts and processes website requests, and Turnstile helps check for abuse. Resend sends the inquiry notification. The configured HubSpot and GoHighLevel integrations receive contact and inquiry information to manage the request. These services have their own processing terms and retention practices. Website data may be processed outside your state or country.

Cookies, analytics, advertising and chat choices

Necessary security and preference storage supports the website and your choices. Optional Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot analytics operate after analytics consent; Google Ads operates after advertising consent. HubSpot chat has a separate functionality choice. The website’s general interaction events do not include your form answers, email address or phone number.

You can reopen cookie preferences using the website’s cookie settings control and withdraw optional consent. Rejection or withdrawal stops optional collection in the website’s consent controls; it does not erase information already held by providers or necessarily remove every existing cookie. Meta pixels and Microsoft Clarity are inactive in this website configuration.

YouTube videos and Google Maps load when you explicitly choose to load that content. Those providers may then process request information under their own policies.

Retention

The website stores an inquiry delivery payload to prevent duplicate notifications and manage retries. It schedules deletion of that local record 24 hours after it is first created. That schedule does not delete the notification email, CRM contact, provider logs or a client file.

Inquiry emails and CRM records follow the existing retention settings of the email and CRM services, without an additional website-imposed deletion period. Retention also depends on the purpose of the inquiry, follow-up needs and applicable legal or professional obligations. The website’s 24-hour retry cleanup does not delete these records. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.

The reviewed GA4 settings retain event data for two months and user data for 14 months, with the user-data period resetting on new activity. These settings do not describe the retention of aggregated reports, advertising records, email or CRM information.
